Parcel lockers
When the parcel reaches the locker you will get a collection code by SMS or email. Parcels can be collected within the time set by the carrier.
Courier and Lietuvos paštas
The courier usually calls before arriving. Use the notes field for an entrance door code or other useful details. When you choose a courier, you can pay the courier on delivery (extra 0,99 €).
Collection at our office
Collect the same day: orders placed by 2 pm can be collected the same business day. Pramonės g. 17B, Šiauliai, Mon–Fri 8:30–16:30 (lunch 12:30–13:30). Please wait for our email saying the order is ready before you come. Orders collected at the office are paid online only.
Receiving the parcel
Inspect the parcel when you receive it. If you notice damage, note it in the courier's document and tell us straight away: info@feellife.lt, +370 618 44441.
