What data do we collect and why?

• Name, surname, email address and phone number – to process your order, update you on its status and communicate with you.
• Delivery address, city, postcode or chosen parcel locker and notes – to deliver the goods.
• Company name, code and VAT number (when a company buys) – to issue an invoice.
• Ordered items and payment information – to fulfil the order and for accounting.
• The content of enquiry and return forms – to reply and resolve your request.
• If you create an account: your email, password (stored only in encrypted form), saved contact and delivery details and order history – so you can log in, order faster and track your orders. We delete the account on request to info@feellife.lt.

Legal bases: entering into and performing a contract, legal obligation (accounting) and legitimate interest (customer service, handling claims).

Cookies

The site uses no advertising, analytics or tracking cookies. Your cart is stored only in your browser's local storage and is not sent to us until you place an order. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, so your IP address is passed to Google to deliver them.

Your rights

• To find out whether we process your data and to access it.
• To have inaccurate or incomplete data corrected.
• To have data erased (“right to be forgotten”) when it is no longer needed.
• To restrict processing.
• To object to processing and withdraw consent.
• To object to automated decision-making, including profiling.
• To receive your data in a structured electronic format and transfer it to another controller.

Direct marketing

We send news and offers only with your explicit consent, which you can withdraw at any time.

Who receives your data?

• The Paysera payment system (UAB Paysera LT) – for payment.
• Supabase, the provider of our account and order database (data stored on servers in the EU) – for accounts and order history.
• Courier and parcel locker companies (DPD, LP Express / Unisend, Omniva, SmartPosti, Lietuvos paštas) – name, surname, address, phone and email to deliver the parcel.
• Accounting, IT, hosting and email service providers – only as far as necessary.
• Public authorities – where the law requires it.

We never sell your data.

How do we protect data?

Data is transmitted over an encrypted SSL connection and kept in protected systems accessible only to authorised staff. Absolute security on the internet cannot be guaranteed, but we take all reasonable measures.

How long do we keep data?

As long as needed for the stated purposes: order and accounting records for 10 years as required by the Law on Accounting, other data for no more than 2 years after the last order or contact. After that it is deleted or anonymised.

Children's data

Orders may be placed by persons aged 14 or over. Data of younger persons is processed only with a parent's or guardian's consent.

Changes

We may change this policy. The new version is published on this page. If you do not agree with the changes, please stop using the site.
